Aric was born and raised in the Black Hills and developed a passion for cooking at a very early age. He is a self-taught foodie, and began cooking full-time after graduating from BHSU in 2013. He opened Crown Town Cuisine in the summer of 2019, and makes his home in Spearfish with his fabulous wife, four dogs and one cat. When not in the kitchen he can usually be found enjoying the outdoors.

Stephanie Iverson, BS ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist has worked the past 3 years as the Health & Well-Being Specialist for RH Employee Health & Well-Being. Prior to her current position, she worked in Regional Health’s Cardiac Rehabilitation for 22 years. Graduate of Black Hills State University in 1993.

Rose Donnelly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who works with athletes, from youth to weekend warriors to elite and everyone in between to fuel their body for success – whether in sports or in life.Rose believes that nutrition should be simple. It’s not about following a strict set of rules; it’s about tailoring your nutritional game plan to best support your body, goals, and preferences. Food is an experience to be designed by you
Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Keiser University Melbourne, Florida. During her supervised practice rotation, Rose had the opportunity to provide performance nutrition support to both the Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride. Additionally, Rose spent time at one of the EXOS Legacy facilities earlier this year fueling 20 young athletes as they trained for the NFL Scouting Combine. Many of who went on to be drafted.
Dr. Brandie Rainboth
Owner and Physical Therapist | Spearfish Physical Therapy
Brandie Rainboth - DPT, OCS, grew up in Rapid City and has spent most of her life in the Black Hills. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Dakota and has been a licensed physical therapist, in Spearfish, since 2008. She is the owner of Spearfish Physical Therapy, a private-practice outpatient physical therapy clinic. Brandie specializes in orthopedic manual physical therapy, which means that she uses hands-on techniques to make joints and muscles work, heal and feel better. Outside of the clinic, Brandie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children exploring the Black Hills by bike, snowshoe, kayak, Jeep and on-foot, wherever the adventure leads.
Jess Eixenberger

Jess Eixenberger is an avid runner and full time mother of four, free spirited children. Her goal on a daily basis is to simply feel good, be energetic, and be happy. To reach this goal is even more simple: be careful of what you put into your body, get plenty of fresh air, exercise daily, be loving towards others! From track and cross country, to volleyball, basketball, and diving into any and all forms of physical fitness, Jess discovered a love for yoga, and felt inspired to teach others the practice that has benefited her life both physically and mentally. She has a bachelors degree in Sociology and Human Services from Black Hills State University, and is a RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) from the Colorado School of Yoga.
Dr. Cherise Lerew

Dr. Cherise Lerew earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Colorado State University in 1992. After graduating she worked as a counselor and then a therapeutic milieu specialist for an in-patient psychiatric hospital on the Children and Adolescent Unit in Reno, Nevada. While in this role, she was responsible for developing and implementing group and individual programs for individuals with mental health issues. She earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology (Neuropsychology emphasis) from the University of Northern Colorado in 1999. During this time, she was also working as a counselor in a Residential Treatment Center with adolescents. Dr. Lerew then went on to earn her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. During this time, she was the Assistant Director of the Neuropsychology Lab at the university. Since graduating with her Ph.D. in 2003 she has worked as a school psychologist in Colorado and in Spearfish, SD. She has also received specialized training in the assessment and intervention of Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder, learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. Lerew currently works at Black Hills Psychology as a psychologist. Moreover, she is a consulting psychologist for mental health services with local school districts, the Spearfish Police Department, the Lawrence County Sherriff’s Department, and Canyon Hills Center.
