Dr. Muhammet Sait Dinc

Dr. Muhammet Sait Dinc is an Assistant Professor of Business at the Black Hills State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management. He possesses a rich academic foundation that complements his multicultural teaching and research background across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.  In the US, he worked at Le Moyne College, New York, and Indiana University Kokomo. His teaching interests are Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. His research focuses on employee behaviors in organizations. He uses various quantitative methodological approaches in his research collected through surveys. His articles have been published in a number of scholarly journals including Nursing Ethics, Journal of Modelling in Management, International Journal of Leadership in Education, and Journal of Workplace Behavioral Health. Dr. Dinc has been a member of Academy of Management (OB, HR Divisions) since 2019. He is editorial board member of Eurasian Journal of Business and Economics, Journal of Economic and Social Studies, and Journal of Management, Economics, and Industrial Organization.
